ELIC is committed to nurture and develop children from the lower socio-economic group to transform and empower them for a better future. We emphasize character building and resilience along with teaching of the English Language.

The vision for our children is for them to become ‘Trees of Righteousness’. Each one possesses special qualities that have yet to be honed and shaped. Through training in English Language and Values Education, we hope that each one will grow up into strong and capable members of society, contributing to a brighter future in this land. As our motto goes, ELIC is about ‘Giving Hope; Changing Lives’.
OUR HISORY
where it began.
A group of Christians who shared a common concern for the children of Cambodia started a school in 2011 to teach English.
ELIC has a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cambodia.
